Thanks to the Arizona Border Region of the SCCA, Evolution will be holding a Phase One Drivers School on Saturday March 5th at Marana Regional Airport in Marana AZ. This program is great for anyone from seasoned veterans to complete novice driver, and features 24 runs with our team of National Caliber instructors. 

All Evolution Performance Driving Schools take place rain or shine, and students will use their own vehicle for training. Student's vehicles will under go a tech inspection the morning of, and all students should be sure to have plenty of fuel, oil, air, etc. for the day. 

Some additional items that we would suggest bringing to the event would be rain gear, sun glasses, sun block, and a hat. You may also want to consider bringing a folding chair, as well as a tarp in case of bad weather.

The Evo Advantage is designed to help those who are new to the SCCA National Solos scene, or who are just looking to pick up in the standings. These schools run on the Friday before the SCCA Tire Rack National Tours, and are open to just eighteen students. These are rapid fire programs that take place on the SCCA National Tour test and tune course, and are a scaled down version of Evolutions Phase One Program. Students typically receive a minimum of 12 runs with our team of instructors.

Schedule:

  • 9:00am Students report to the Test-and-Tune Course
  • 9:15am Drivers Meeting (ALL Students Must Report)
  • 9:30am Instruction Begins
  • 12:00pm Program Wraps-up

Note: At 11:00am Evolution Advantage Students must share the Course with the SCCA's Regional TnT. Evolution Students will have a Priority Line, so there should be no hold up in student runs.

The goal of the Evo Hole Shot is to help those that are new to SCCA Pro Solo make the best of their weekend. This program explains the entire Pro Solo experience covering things such as:

  • Grid sheets
  • When to grid
  • How grid works
  • What to do between runs
  • How to stage your car
  • The impound process 
  • Drag-race start 

In this school you will actually be able to take practice starts with an Evolution Instructor right by your side, allowing the student to more comfortable with the entire Pro Solo experience.

  • 1:30pm Drivers Meeting (All participants MUST attend)
  • 2:00pm Practice Starts with the Evolution Team
  • 3:00pm Wrap-up

The Challenge school will review the skills learned during the Phase One and Phase Two, as well as use a technique that will help prove the importance of looking ahead. Challenge Students will also be pitted against their instructors in the final session to help push the students to new levels.

This program is great for anyone from seasoned veterans to complete novice driver, and features 24 runs with our team of National Caliber instructors.

The goal of the Evo Hole Shot is to help those that are new to SCCA Pro Solo make the best of their weekend. This program explains the entire Pro Solo experience covering things such as:

  • Grid sheets
  • When to grid
  • How grid works
  • What to do between runs
  • How to stage your car
  • The impound process 
  • Drag-race start 

In this school you will actually be able to take practice starts with an Evolution Instructor right by your side, allowing the student to more comfortable with the entire Pro Solo experience. 

Schedule:

  • 1:30pm Drivers Meeting (All participants MUST attend)
  • 2:00pm Practice Starts with the Evolution Team
  • 3:00pm Wrap-up

The Evo Advantage is designed to help those who are new to the SCCA National Solos scene, or who are just looking to pick up in the standings. These schools run on the Friday before the SCCA National Events, and are open to just eighteen students. These are rapid fire programs that take place on the SCCA's test and tune course, and are a scaled down version of our Phase One. Students typically receive a minimum of 12 runs with our team of instructors.

Schedule:

  • 9:00am Students report to the Test-and-Tune Course
  • 9:15am Drivers Meeting (ALL Students Must Report)
  • 9:30am Instruction Begins
  • 12:00pm Program Wraps-up

Site Directions 

11:00am Evolution Advantage Students must share the Course with the SCCA's Regional TnT. Evolution Students will have a Priority Line, so there should be no hold up in student runs.

Thanks to the Oregon Region of the PCA, the Evolution Performance Driving School will be holding a Phase One at Portland International Raceway on Saturday June 11th. This program is great for anyone from seasoned veterans to complete novice driver, and features 24 runs with our team of National Caliber instructors. Our Phase One will cover car placement, car control, as well as an intensive exercise on visualization skills.

All Evolution Performance Driving Schools take place rain or shine, and students will use their own vehicle for training. Student's vehicles will under go a tech inspection the morning of, and all students should be sure to have plenty of fuel, oil, air, etc. for the day. 

Some additional items that we would suggest bringing to the event would be rain gear, sun glasses, sun block, and a hat. You may also want to consider bringing a folding chair, as well as a tarp in case of bad weather.
